All our orders are sent out for Next Day Delivery & if you order something in-stock before 3pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) it will go out that same day. This means that your order should be with you the next working day.

Real Time Stock Levels

At GUITARGUITAR we operate a real-time stock management system so the second items are puchased online, or in store, the stock levels are adjusted so that we never oversell. Our aim is to give our customers the most accurate information so that you can buy in confidence knowing that your order will turn up when it should.

1-Hour Delivery Window

Our courier (DPD) will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcels. They will notifiy you by text and email on the morning of your delivery.

Need a different delivery date?

If you need your order delivered on a specific date, just mention this in your order's customer comments section and we will arrange this for you.

Same Day Dispatch

If you order something in-stock before 3pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) it will be sent out the same business day! This means that your order will be with you as early as the next working morning.

UK Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched you will receive an automated e-mail and SMS message to let you know it has safely dispatched.
Your order status will provide details of your order tracking. All orders can be fully tracked with our courier DPD or by phone us on 0800 456 1959.

EU Tracking Your Delivery

All next day orders can now be fully tracked with our EU courier Fedex. You will get notified at every step of the way.

Worldwide Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in the world using Fedex and it is very cheap to do so. USA customers can checkout directly online and save the VAT (20%).

Cost of delivery

UK Mainland Customers:
The correct shipping charges will be automatically calculated on your shopping basket and additional shipping options can be selected on your shopping basket.

Our free next day delivery service applies to all orders over £199 that are under 25Kgs to mainland UK addresses (excludes Scottish Highland as listed in Section 3.5, Murray, Aberdeenshire, Bute areas and extreme weight items). This offer will be automatically calculated on your shopping cart. Most customers will be eligible for this offer as the majority of guitars and amps fall well within the 25Kg limit.

Standard Shipping Rates:

• £6.99 - Next day mainland UK delivery up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)
• Free  - On orders over £199.00 up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)
• £9.99 - Saturday delivery surcharge (mainland UK only)
• £9.99 - Scottish Highland surcharge (list of postcodes can be found in Section 3.5)

UK Islands Rates (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands)

• £19.99 - 48 hour delivery up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)

Northern Ireland Rates:

• £19.99 - 48 hour delivery up to 25Kgs (an extra £0.50 applies per Kg thereafter)

EU & USA Rates:

• £Calculated on cart - Delivery costs are automatically calculated on the shopping cart
