Cutting edge artist Jim Root splits his shred time between two bands: Slipknot and Stone Sour. He recently partnered with Fender to develop a Strat to complement his varied and unique style of playing. The Jim Root Signature Stratocaster features a compound radius neck (12”-14”) with no fretboard dots, active EMG pickups, black hardware, jumbo frets, and satin lacquer finishes. One look at this distinctive guitar and you will know exactly what it was built for - big sounds!
