Elixir Nanoweb Acoustic 12 String Set Light Gauge 10-47

Previously I have been satisfied with the service I have received from the Edinburgh store. On this occasion not so. I ordered a set of Elixir strings for a 12-string guitar on Tuesday 24th March. Your website indicated that they could be collected on Thursday 26th. During the following few days I contacted the store to be told that they hadn't arrived. On 2nd April I spoke to a helpful member of staff who said that he would order me another set. These I collected on 4th April (while purchasing several other items) eleven days after placing my order. You stock Elixir strings, why not the twelve string set?

I sent the money and they sent the strings. They fit and would seem to be of good quality. Not too expensive as these things go and better than having to travel to Glasgow to collect. Job done. End of.

The strings were bought for a friend.

Lots of outlets for Elixir strings on eBay and other similar sites, I only trust the official dealers and avoid the dreadful fakes disappointing guitarists looking for a discount bargain. Your guitar is worth it I only buy from a trusted outlet like Guitar Guitar.

Elixir 12 string bronze strings - great service and product, but expensive!!! <br/>Also, difficult to be in when courier delivers - small unbreakable items should be put through the letterbox by courier.
