Very nice case indeed, Jackson branded and built like a samsonite, outstanding..

RGIB21 - great instrument, but I have a feeling there is something lacking in either the QC during assembly or in the packaging department. I had to have a second guitar ordered since the first one had some bad marring and scuff marks that were easily visible in direct sunlight. Tom from Guitarguitar was happy to special order a second RGIB21, but unfortunately that guitar had the same issues, but just a little less drastic. He went above and beyond and notified Ibanez of the issue. My guess is something is happening when the guitar is shipped and the packing is not sufficient or made in a way that is accidentally damaging the finish of the guitar when they put the guitar into the packaging. I am sure there are many QC checks that are done while the guitar is being manufactured and it is an incredible instrument, but I doubt many companies see what happens during shipping and how the end product looks after surviving the journey after leaving the plant to the store and then to the customer. Packing is pretty weak for a $1,000 guitar so hopefully Guitarguitar's inquiry to the manufacture will help prevent further QC issues. Otherwise 5/5.
