1) When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri).
2) When will my order be delivered?
All our orders are dispatched on a next business day delivery service. Your cart above shows the delivery date.
If you want to delay a shipment or arrange a specific date, just mention that in the "Customer Comments" section during your checkout and we will arrange that for you.
3) What happens if my goods turn up damaged?
First of all, don't worry! All our orders are pre-checked and are well packaged before dispatch (like you, we don't want items turning up marked and damaged). However, if items do turn up damaged, we will collect the items from you and replace the goods with no cost to you. Just call 0191 222 0466 to arrange.
4) How do I cancel or return my order?
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase in it's original condition within 7 days to us. Just call 0191 222 0466 to arrange this easily. All returns are subject to GUITARGUITAR's returns policy.
