This beautiful Martin Custom OM Premium Sitka Spruce with East Indian Rosewood and Big Leaf Maple back and sides has been crafted by their custom shop to create the finest possible instrument. Constructed using a Sitka Spruce top with a beautiful 3 Piece Back East Indian Rosewood and Big Leaf Maple back. The Spruce top has also been aged using Martin's VTS system to give the guitar an authentic vintage tone.

Hand-Selected Woods
Constructed from very unique woods with incredible grain and excellent tonal properties, we wanted to make sure that our Custom orders were going to be exceptional in every way.
The 3 Piece East Indian Rosewood and Big Leaf Maple pairs two beautifully contrasting grains of wood into a timeless design. The combination really sets this guitar aside from the rest, both visually and acoustically.
Combined with the VTS Sitka spruce top to provide the tone and characteristics from vintage woods, you have a guitar that sounds as fantastic as it looks!

Martin has poured it's highest quality workmanship into this instrument, from the specially selected woods, to the construction and meticulous details.

Vintage Tone System
With the Vintage Tone System (VTS for short) Martin have developed an ageing process to target certain time periods and age their tone woods to that specific era. This process has used a torrefaction system to give this beautiful guitar an authentic character of a vintage Martin.
Highlights:
- Modified Low Oval neck shape is comfortable and suited to those who enjoy a thinner neck
- OM shape works well for fingerstyle playing.
- Vintage Tone System allows Martin to achieve specific tones and looks from Martin's history
