A re-issue of the 1962 Bison guitar, celebrating the 40th anniversay of the classic Burns body shape with its inward curved body horns and advanced pickup selection system.
With its distintive batwing headstock, this guitar was Jim Burns' greatest creation and this re-issue retains its strong look,sound and character. Already the recipient of great praise from the music media, it has a punchy vintage tone but delivers great modern sounds with its unique Wild Dog and Split Sound settings.

This item was appraised as follows:
Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This guitar came to us in great condition. Some scratches on the scratch plate and on the body. A few small dinks also on the top and back. Plays cleanly all across the fingerboard.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
