1. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in British pounds
sterling (GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%,
unless specified. We accept credit and debit card payments online
and we also accept payment by personal or company cheque. If your
credit card company operates in a different currency, your credit
card company will convert payment from British pounds sterling
to your local currency at their current conversion rate. Please
note that if paying by cheque, funds have to be cleared before
products or service are supplied. Three to five working days are
usually required to clear cheques, which should be made payable
to 'GUITARGUITAR Limited'. Cheques should be mailed to GUITARGUITAR
Limited, 36 Trongate, Glasgow, G1 5ES, United Kingdom. We only
accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and payable in GBP.
2. Delivery of Orders
Goods will be supplied only to destinations
within the UK and are dispatched by our courier. Customers should
be aware that the estimated delivery dates are a guide to when
you should expect your item. We endeavour to send your order out
the same day if ordered between Monday and Friday (10am-3pm).
This means that your order could be with you as early as the next
working day. It is necessary to advise you that in some cases
your order can take up to 3-7 working days. We aim to deliver
goods to you within the time indicated by us but we sometimes
may not be able to give an exact delivery time or date. We also
may deliver some goods in several consignments but will not charge
any extra delivery for this. We will inform you by email when
goods have been dispatched and when you can expect delivery.
3. Credit and Debit Card Security
All credit and debit card processing
is handled securely by WorldPay. We do not see your card details
at any time.
4. Privacy Policy
GUITARGUITAR Limited does not disclose
buyers' information to any third parties. We takes customers'
privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Please click

5. Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you have
to return any goods or wish to complain about any service, in
the first instance please email orders@guitarguitar.co.uk.
Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone
number, the WorldPay Transaction ID and full details of any issue(s).
This ensures that we both have a record of events. We will respond
to your email usually by return and do our best to resolve any
problem. If any item has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced
at no cost to you. If any item needs to be returned, we will give
you clear instructions and, should we agree, replace the item
without any further cost to you.
6. Damaged Goods
You should inspect all items for
any damage when you receive them. If the package being delivered
by courier looks damaged or has been tampered with, you should
refuse to accept it or mark the courier’s sheet to show
this and accept the package - the choice is yours. If you find
any damage you must inform us by immediately emailing orders@guitarguitar.co.uk.
Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone
number, the WorldPay Transaction ID and a full description of
any damage. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported
after 24 hrs of receipt. We will contact the courier and if any
items are found to have been damaged prior to delivery to you
then we will replace them or refund the price paid.
7. Cancellation
Consumers (not trade customers) have
a right to cancel any transaction without reason within seven
days of contract. Please note this right to cancel does not apply
to certain products containing sealed CDs or DVDs that have been
opened. To cancel any order, in the first instance email orders@guitarguitar.co.uk.
Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone
number, the WorldPay Transaction ID and request a cancellation.
If no goods have been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your
cancellation and make an immediate full refund. If any goods have
already been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your email
and ask you to return the goods. Do not return any goods until
we ask you. All goods returned must be in original sealed, unused
and undamaged condition. All costs incurred with the return of
goods will be the reponsibility of the original purchaser. As
soon as we receive the goods and are satisfied that they are in
original sealed, unused and undamaged condition we will make a
full refund. If goods are returned after the packaging has been
opened, or after the goods have been used, we reserve the right
to charge a restocking fee. Cancellation of orders by trade customers
is at the discretion of GUITARGUITAR Limited.
8. Remittance Terms
All goods remain the property of GUITARGUITAR Limited until paid
for in full.
