What we say:

At A Glance

The Vigier GV Wood Ebony Fade Pheonowood Fingerboard is a single-cut with some serious attitude. It has a sophisticated look and top specs like the Schaller locking tuners and Vigier's own bridge which is incredibly well made. Amber pickups deliver a premium sound and as you'd expect from the luthiers at Vigier, this has been crafted to an exceptional standard for a performance that is second to none.

Features We Love:

Construction

The GV Wood has been expertly crafted in France using an excellent selection of materials; the body being naturally aged alder and the neck made from maple which has been naturally dried for 3 years! The neck also feature a 10/90 System (10% carbon, 90% wood) so you know this guitar is robust and ready for action.

Amber Pickups

Amber Pickups pride themselves on focusing on the 3 essentials; sound, dynamics, and character. Hand wound and perfectly voiced, these custom humbuckers produce a powerful sound with clear mids and a focused low end.

Zero Fret

Sitting just below the nut, the zero fret allows for a higher degree of accuracy on the intonation and also takes care of implementing the correct minimal string height. This can give you a better playing experience and also improve the tone of the open string notes.

Who Is It For?

If you play heavier styles of music and want a guitar different from a regular single-cut, this has a lot to offer thanks to its excellent specifications and original design.

Highlights:

  • Crafted to a very high standard
  • Top end hardware including locking tuners
  • Ideal for the gigging professional
  • Pheonowood fingerboard looks and feels great
