About the Role

The Campaign Marketing Manager will deliver marketing activities that contribute to the strategic business targets, through collaboration with members of the marketing team, key stakeholders within the business, suppliers, and the wider music trade. The role is responsible for ensuring that all campaigns and promotional activity is delivered on time, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning of the promotional marketing calendar.
  • Manage the day to day running of the marketing campaigns online and in store.
  • Inspire and motivate the marketing team; helping and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Measure and monitor marketing activity with the aim of continuously improving return on marketing investment.
  • Drive and maximise sales and customer experience; aiming to increase customer acquisition and improve customer retention.


Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in multichannel marketing campaign delivery (including web, social, print, email, advertising, and events)
  • Relevant marketing qualification preferred
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Highly organised
  • Copywriting and editing across channels
  • Experience in direct marketing campaigns and data management. CRM and segmentation experience, though not essential, is desirable
  • Experience in analytical tools, including Google Analytics
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management ability
  • Ability to demonstrate creative flair
  • Graphic design/image manipulation skills preferred
  • Knowledge of guitars and related products would be an asset

PPC Executive (Full Time)

About the Role

The PPC Executive will execute the paid search strategy in line with KPIs and budget. The role will be responsible for the day to day running of paid campaigns across various digital channels such as Google, Bing and Facebook. This role sits within the marketing department, reporting to the Search Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day management and optimisation of paid activity (Search, Shopping, Display and Video)
  • Analyse and report on performance
  • Identify new keyword, audience and targeting opportunities
  • Propose new initiatives and ideas
  • Keep abreast of paid search developments, competitor performance and wider retail industry trends
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure campaigns meet wider business objectives
  • Resolve Merchant Centre disapprovals and warnings
  • Feedback insights to the purchasing team which could help inform purchasing decisions


Experience and Skills

  • At least 1 year experience working on PPC campaigns and delivering against KPIs
  • Understanding of PPC best practices
  • Familiarity with Google shopping, dynamic remarketing and product feeds is beneficial
  • Highly analytical and data driven, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience of using tools such as Google Merchant Centre, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manger and Google Analytics
  • Budget management with a focus on maximising return
  • A proactive individual that takes ownership of tasks
  • SEO experience would be advantageous, but not essential for this role

The SEO executive will be responsible for executing organic search activity (onpage, offpage, technical and local) through collaboration with marketing, content and technical teams. This role sits within the marketing department, reporting to the Search Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day execution and optimisation of organic search activity
  • Analyse and report on SEO performance and rankings
  • Suggest improvements to the current keyword strategy and identify new keyword opportunities to drive traffic and conversions
  • Conduct audits to identify areas that require attention
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure web content is optimised for search
  • Work with development team to implement technical SEO recommendations
  • Maintain Google My Business pages and ensure visibility in local search results

  • An understanding of SEO best practices

  • Experience of link building and outreach using a variety of techniques
