The OM, or “Orchestra Model” combines a full scale length with a slightly scaled down body – it is narrower and shallower than a “D” style guitar like the Atkin White Rice or Essential D. The challenge for all OM builders is to allow for a rich, commanding bass in spite of the the smaller, more ergonomic body, and Atkin's hand-scalloped bracing and torrified select Sitka top allows them to make this a reality.
Featuring a cracked finish top, light staining and ageing on the binding, and a vintage patina, Alister’s relic finishes are totally unique in the acoustic guitar world – warm to the touch and still responsive.

Body: 3 out of 5 - Instrument has been used and shows evidence of its life in the forms of checking, chips and other superficial wear and tear. Metal parts and hardware may be mildly tarnished or stained and cosmetically imperfect.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: This guitar comes to us in good condition. There are some noticeable chips and scratches to the top of the guitar, as well as some scuffs to the headstock. The guitar features an Aged Finish from Atkin.
This guitar has been restrung with Dunlop Strings
