Back in the day, it was common for guitarists to tinker with their guitars, adjusting the aesthetics, performance and hardware until it was completely personalized and custom‑just like we do at the Dream Factory. The Limited Edition Roasted Pine Double Esquire Relic combines sterling craftsmanship with imagination, resulting this “could-have-been” instrument. The roasted pine body is strong, lightweight and stable, and wears a Relic lacquer finish, granting it the look and feel of an often-played companion. The Hand-Wound Crushed Blackguard single-coil bridge pickup and Hand-Wound ’50-’51 Blackguard crank out authentic , vintage-informed tone, while Modified ’51 Nocaster wiring ties it all together. Position three provides a twist on the “rhythm” tone, while position two offers the neck pickup solo, wired directly to the volume pot, and position one is the bridge pickup alone, with volume control and blend for the neck pickup.
