Wish that the nut was slightly higher, and was an all nickel nut, rather than plastic over a nickel fret. Probably will put a set of 90 to 24s on it though, and get rid of the rollers tops on the bridge as i dont intend to ever use the tremolo, personally i dont see the point of the tremolo on this. I play this tuned to double drop d, using a prog metal/djent tone and it sounds pretty cool ngl, bought a worse bass vi before and this is a big step up from that! I would say though; There is alot of string clang either side of beyond the bridge to the tremolo though and on the headstock that really come out when amplified with high gain tones, so im probably gonna remove the tremolo and add a block tail after the bridge, i used some packing foam and it helped a bit but the noise is still there. The pickups sound really nice, although they are a little noisy, havent opened it up yet and looked at the sheilding inside though, so will look at that and add some if needed, or maybe even wax the pickups too.
