What we say:

At A Glance

The Epiphone J-200EC Studio Parlor Vintage Natural is a modern revision of the J-200 Coupe. Taking the classic J-200 shape, and condensing it, giving it that "Mini-Jumbo" profile that makes it perfect for travelling and playing on the road. The solid spruce top is accompanied by a cutaway for high fret access and a Fishman pickup system. Grover tuners hold your notes tight and true and the stunning natural look of this guitar will blow you away.

Features We Love:

Presys Preamp

Working in conjunction with the Sonicore pickup is the Presys preamp. It features an on-board chromatic tuner, master volume, contour, and a phase switch. So basically, all the controls you need in order to shape and fine tune your sound.

Grover Rotomatic Tuners

Featuring an 18:1 ratio, these Grovers are a great addition. They provide excellent tuning stability and make string changes quick and easy. No matter how hard you are strumming at least you know that these will be holding your strings firmly and reliably.

Spruce and Select Ovangkol

The top is solid spruce, giving a bright and full tone. Spruce is a wood that sounds even better with age so the more you play it, the greater it will become. Select Ovangkol is used for the body and hard maple for the neck. When paired with the spruce top, the result is a well constructed guitar that sings with a well defined and full character.

Highlights:

  • A classic looking model at an affordable price
  • Extremely versatile due to the onboard pickup system
  • Epiphone quality components and construction
  • Mini Jumbo Shape
