What we say:

At A Glance

The Gretsch G5220 Electromatic Jet BT Bristol Fog is a wonder to behold. By taking the much-loved Jet model then tweaking and adding some new features, you get this ready-for-action single cut that can do any style of music. With its stylish and functional V-Stoptail tailpiece, a treble bleed circuit on the Master Volume and a great pair of pickups, you're all set for some epic riffing action!

Features We Love:

Chambered Body

If you want a strong sound with plenty of mid-range character but still keeping an overall balanced sound, the combination of a chambered mahogany body and laminated maple top does exactly that.

Black Top Broad'Tron Pickups

These pickups are another essential component of the G5220 Electromatic Jet BT. Delivering bucket loads of excellent tone, these pickups work equally well for clean and overdriven sounds.

Easy Upper Fret Access

If you play any lead parts or solos then you'll really feel the benefit here. A lower set mahogany neck means you can quickly get up to the 22nd fret without anything slowing you down.

Who Is It For?

This is for the guitarist who loves the Jet design and wants to experience that unmistakable Gretsch sound at an affordable price point.

Highlights:

  • Chambered body gives a warm and open sound
  • Recognisable Jet style
  • Versatile pickups that cover any style of music

Customer reviews

Overall Rating 5/5 (1 reviews)

I did a lot of research and this guitar does not disappoint. Rich tones, highly responsive and just lovely to look at! My biggest problem was choosing the finish but the Bristol Fog is very classy. High quality finish and stand out good looks. Would recommend to anyone tempted!
