The EVH Wolfgang Standard Gold Sparkle boasts the same style and massive sound Eddie himself designed at a price even the everyday musician can afford, here sporting a stunning Gold Sparkle body finish.
Offering many of the same great features, the Wolfgang Standard has a basswood body cut with comfort in mind employing a forearm contour. The baked maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods holds strong when put to the test in challenging conditions such as temperature and humidity swells, while quick truss rod adjustments are made possible by the spoke wheel at the base of the neck.
The sustain of this guitar is also insane. The dual EVH Wolfgang humbucking pickups are directly mounted to the body, meaning that the vibration transfer is increased - sustain for days! Paired with the EVH branded Floyd Rose Tremolo bridge you've got a shred-happy axe built to handle everything Eddie himself could have thrown at it!

Baked Maple Neck
Fitted with a bolt-on baked maple neck, this guitar is suited to cope much better with changes in temperature. Changes in temperature can have a negative effect on the stability of your guitar and can lead to further issues down the line. The 'baking' process gets rid of any moisture, sugar, or other impurities within the wood making it much more robust and stable.
Sustain For Days!
Due to the humbucking pickups being directly mounted to the body, the transfer of vibrations is much greater which allows for sustain length to be stretched. If you love holding on to huge bends or gargantuan chords, this is the guitar for you!
EVH Floyd Rose Tremolo
