At a much more affordable price than it's more expensive cousin, the Wolfgang Standard boasts the same style and huge sound created by Eddie Van Halen.
Offering many of the same great features, the Wolfgang Standard has a basswood body cut with comfort in mind employing a forearm contour. The baked maple neck with graphite reinforcement rods holds strong when put to the test in challenging conditions such as temperature and humidity swells, while quick truss rod adjustments are made possible by the spoke wheel at the base of the neck.
The sustain of this guitar is also insane. This is because the dual EVH Wolfgang humbucking pickups are directly mounted to the body, meaning that the vibration transfer is increased - sustain for days!

Baked Maple Neck
Fitted with a bolt on baked maple neck, this guitar is suited to cope much better with changes in temperature. Changes in temperature can have a negative effect on the stability of your guitar and can lead to further issues down the line. The 'baking' process gets rid of any moisture, sugar, or other impurities within the wood making it much more robust.
Sustain For Days!
Due to the humbucking pickups being directly mounted to the body, the transfer of vibrations is much greater which allows for sustain length to be stretched. If you love holding on to huge bends or gargantuan chords, this is the guitar for you!
