Martin has always made prudent use of natural resources, especially rare or endangered tonewoods. Backs and sides are constructed of patented high-pressure laminate (HPL) and then joined to a solid Sitka spruce or HPL top. The result: great sounding and playing guitars, environmentally friendly, and one of our best values ever.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
