Vintage Tone
Some of the best amp tones ever created came from 70s valve amps. Difficult to find and expensive when you do, they aren't a viable option for most of us. The Getaway Driver gives us the next best thing thanks to its accurate retro voicing that brings this style of tone back to life.
Hidden Feature
Inside the pedal, you'll find a button that can be used to alter the sound to make it pair better with amps (such as the Rockerverb) which have a clean channel with treble bleed caps. It seems like Orange have thought of everything here!
CabSim
An included CabSim via the headphone output sounds excellent as it is modelled on a 30 watt Celestion speaker that Orange used back in the 70s. This way, you get a high-quality sound that can be used direct to a PA system or into a recording interface.
