What we say:

Since 1932, John D’Angelico’s original hand made guitars were made and sold from his Little Italy, NYC shop. Nowadays regarded as one of the finest archtop guitar brands in the world, D’Angelico are back in a big way, offering instruments that are direct reissues of classic models as well as bringing to the market a range of fresh designs for a whole new audience of guitarists who love classic design and high quality.

Featuring a smaller f-hole laden body, this modern/retro design is perfect for Indie, Rock, Blues and Jazz styles. This well spec’d guitar has a fresh modern look with Gold hardware on a Vintage Sunburst finish with large block fretboard inlays and the signature ornate D’Angelico headstock.

The Stairstep of the title refers to the Art Deco-looking tailpiece, which adds a lot of vintage charm and showmanship to this guitar. Grover Super Rotomatic pickups and a pair of Kent Armstrong 57 model covered humbuckers increase the quality significantly.

An included Deluxe Hard Case just makes this already attractive deal unmissable!

This guitar has a retro Art deco look that won't appeal to everyone, but it feels and sounds very well made and although it looks very much a Jazz Guitar it can handle blues and other styles.
