The Placerita from LSL Instruments seen here in White over 3 Tone Sunburst is a finely crafted guitar with vintage roots. Taking a traditional style design as a starting point, LSL have created their own take on a workhorse model with many player friendly benefits such as hand-wound pickups, an alder body and top grade hardware.
This model has been heavily aged, really giving the impression of a well utilised vintage instrument. The white top has been broken through to reveal the wonderfully aged 3 tone sunburst below.

Hand-Wound Pickups
The clarity in the mids and highs are certainly there in abundance, as you'd expect from a dual single-coil model of this style. What really sets these pickups apart though is the rich yet balanced lows that fill out the tone beautifully. They perform equally well with chords/rhythm playing as they do with lead passages.
Hand-Shaped
Both the neck and body have been hand-shaped for the ultimate in comfort and craft. Smoothly rounded and carved to perfection, nothing beats the personal touch that can come from a skilled set of hands!
Roasted Maple Neck
When it comes to neck woods, Roasted Maple is a true favourite of ours. Not only does it look incredible, but provides some wonderful benefits to performance and sound. The roasting process matures the wood, bringing out a more conventionally vintage tone, and makes it more resistant to temperature fluctuations resulting in a more reliable instrument for performing.
