Fender Custom Shop Twisted Tele Pickups Black/Chrome

I was pleased with the twisted tele pick ups and sound But my diissapointment came on the fittings for the neck pick up Where as the bridge pick up had machined screws and some form of thread in the pickup base for secure fixing and there fore adjustment neck pick up had very thin self taper screws which were too thin and before I'd even turned a screw slipped through the base plate offering no Security or adjustment Fortunately I am an engineer and have the tools, knowledge and ability to adapt to this very basic but very important problem I managed but others may not!! Further more the screw heads were early bigger than the hole in the scratch plate!! The adjustment rubber for spring and suspension were far too short too I had to rob bits from my original pick up to adapt Apart from that fine But caused a sweat for a moment!!!

The Twisted Tele pick-ups sound awesome and have enhanced an already very good telecaster.
