Jim and Fender's craftsmen went over his favourite TC-90 spec by spec and made several important changes to produce this unique guitar. Some of the standout features include the semi-hollow ash body with a maple set neck, Seymour Duncan soap-bar pickups and an Adjusto-Matic™ bridge and anchored tailpiece. Semi-Hollow Ash Body
Ash is loved for its rich tone and depth, it's a wood that works great with the hollow body construction to promote resonance and create a versatile character that works well with clean and overdriven tones.
SP90 Pickups
The Seymour Duncan SP90 pickups are a great fit for this guitar. Offering more detail than a standard humbucker and more power than a single-coil pickup, they fit into the middle ground that suits a band who can sensitive, or edgy and aggressive, but never stray into heavy metal terrain. Paired with the hollow body construction, the SP90s give the guitar a detailed tone with huge sustain and a bite that's articulate and precise.
Matching Headstock
The headstock has been painted to match the colour of the body, giving the guitar a cohesive look that makes it stand out from the rest.
