What we say:

At A Glance

The Epiphone Casino Worn Ebony is a true star of rock 'n' roll. This best selling archtop design from Epiphone has seen fans since the '60s in the likes of Howlin' Wolf, Keith Richards and The Beatles. This version keeps many of the classic design elements but also does enough to make sure it'll go the distance for anyone picking up this model for the first time. With a thin 5-ply maple hollow body and a pair of P-90 pickups it is one of the most distinctive sounding guitars out there!

Features We Love:

Epiphone PRO P-90 Pickups

A pair of Dogear P-90 pickups do that wonderful thing that only P-90 pickups can do! You get that special sound with the bite that cuts through live and in a mix extremely well.

Graph Tech NuBone Nut

While the Casino might be a classic design, Epiphone certainly hasn't left it in the past! The inclusion of this nut keeps it up to date for the contemporary player without losing out on its classic appeal.

Diamond Trapeze Tailpiece

One very distinctive feature on a visual level is the Diamond Trapeze Tailpiece. Working in conjunction with the LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, it provides great string stability and definitely brings forth a unique and wonderful distinction to the sound.

Who Is It For?

If you've ever thought about owning a semi-hollow archtop guitar then this offers some of the best features around within this price bracket.

Highlights:

  • A classic design favoured by many pros
  • Distinctive sound from the body and pickups
  • Especially good for blues and rock styles

Good guitar, well made apart from some sharp fret ends.

Awesome guitar always wanted one and at that price it was a no brainer. Welcome to my collection.

Really good guitar for the money. Resonant and plays well after some tweaking. Has a finish blemish on the lower bout and a small diagonal indentation on the nut at the G string but nothing that affects play. Excellent pickups and electronics too.
