As a Mixing Desk
The Model 12 is a versatile 10 channel mixing desk with 8 combination inputs, XLR master outputs, TRS Sub and Aux mix outputs, plus Bluetooth connectivity for playing background music and built-in effects which can be activated via footswitch.
There are so many features here that you would only normally find on a larger desk. If 10 channels are enough for you, but you still require the ability to have monitor sends, compression on each channel, great effects and the ability to record and playback your full mix, the Model 12 is for you.
As a Recorder and Interface
Model 12 gives you the ability to record your 10 individual channels plus your master mix direct to SD card or to your computer via USB. Recording to SD card gives you full multitrack functionality, including overdubbing and punching in and out.
It's also possible to create a hybrid mix, playing from USB, SD and designated inputs at the same time. This is ideal for running backing tracks for live performance, or even for playing back your previous gig at soundcheck to create a rough mix.
Model 12 also features a click track out which can be set via tap tempo
As a Controller
In addition to being able to work as an audio interface, Model 12 can work as a controller for your favourite DAW. Working via USB, the Model 12 lets you assign the faders and other controls to change parameters in your software. Model 12 also features 5-Pin MIDI connections for use with hardware.
