FS6 Bracing

Alvarez FS6 bracing system uses an X-brace design that's closer to the soundhole. Featuring tapered scalloping to the X and asymmetrical scalloping to the tone bars. FS6 offers an enhanced bass presence, clear mids and a rounded off high end to achieve a warm and rich tone.

Bi-Level Bridge

You'll notice on most Alvarez guitars the interesting bridge design. This is based on the design of master luthier Kazuo Yairi, a design which is used in various forms across the Alvarez lines. This bridge increases string tension across the saddle and therefore increases response and sound projection of the guitar. This unique bridge design gives Alvarez a sound of their own.
