The Screamer fills the need for a tube screamer in the form of a circuit that was refined from years of Josh's researching and dissecting this hallowed effect. By offering up more than just the regular TS sound (which to be fair sounds excellent here), you get a pedal that can be used for anything from a clean boost through to tightening up the sound of a high-gain valve amp.

The 3 Series Screamer is essentially the celebrated JHS Tube Screamer "Strong Mod" but in their own 3 Series style pedal. Benefitting from more clean headroom, better usability as a boost, and basically being a more all-round versatile drive, this is one of the best around and at a great price too!

Simple Controls and Aesthetic

With just 3 controls, 1 toggle switch and a clean stripped back look, it is all about simplicity. No wasting time getting lost in menus and presets or being distracted by garish colours. This is pure JHS tone.
