Seymour Duncan STL-2T Hot for Telecaster Singlecoil Tapped Bridge

A classic overwound Telecaster lead pickup that is full of twang and bark along with the midrange punch of a humbucker.

The Hot Tele Lead pickup uses flat, hand ground alnico 5 rod magnets and a special high output coil wind to give you enough midrange power to cut through like a humbucker. The absence of a steel bottom-plate gives you a fat, full punch in both the low and mid-range frequencies, yet it retains the muscular twang of a vintage style lead pickup. Great for Telecaster players who demand a more powerful lead tone, with extra presence and drive. Pair with our Hot Tele Rhythm for a beefy guitar, or use with our Vintage Tele Rhythm for added versatility. We hand grind the alnico 5 magnets, then build, lacquer dip and wind the bobbin. The completed pickups are vacuum wax potted for squeal free performance.
