Love it! Love it! Love it! Had a starter guitar for 6 months and now with this beauty, I feel I can really start to develop and learn properly. The quality is fantastic and I love playing it, even though I still am little rubbish ??.

Absolutely beautiful guitar for the money. I have a rather large collection. This is the first Yamaha and it won't be the last. It plays and sounds better than some of the more expensive of my collection, I only wish that I had bought one either in my collecting journey. Oh well you can never have enough guitars. Anyway I digress, sounds great, plays well, well made and looks good. I think that any guitar in the FG range, with a good set up would be a good starter or intermediate or even gigging for the budget conscious. Overall in my opinion a great guitar (I have been playing for 40 plus years)

Decided to upgrade from Yamaha F310 to FG830. Inexperienced guitar player but can’t fault the quality of the FG830. Sounds great to my ear & beautiful build quality. Good price to for an upgrade. More than happy and would recommend highly. Staff at GG most helpful & professional. Thanks again. JT

A really good looking guitar with excellent rich sound, however I think that the fret board inlays could be a bit more distinct.

I bought this for my husband birthday he has a basic guitar and I wanted to get him something special this fg830 TBS is stunning to look at has a beautiful feel my husband was blown away with how good it sounds and a friend thinks it sounds better than his and he has a much higher value guitar I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade but also don't want to break the bank
