What we say:

At A Glance:

Sun Valley Super Shredder: The title of this guitar pretty much summarises its whole agenda: this is a high performance S-type from the era of the gunslingers and hairspray! It’s a speedy-feeling and hot-sounding guitar with a special design Floyd Rose ‘Hot Rod’ tremolo, a part that’s available nowhere else.

Features We Love:

Floyd Rose Special 'Hot Rod' Locking Tremolo

This Schecter exclusive Floyd Rose bridge is killer! With a new push-in tremolo arm, brass sustain block and stainless steel screws, you can dive bomb to your heart's content!

EMG Retro Active HOT 70 Pickups

The Retro Active Hot 70s models which have both alnico and ceramic magnets to bring you a hot sound that’s not huge in output will still have you wailing and ripping solos all night long. These units have special preamp circuits to cut out almost all background hiss and hum.

Highlights:

  • Exclusive Floyd Rose bridge
  • Fantastic set of pickups

Customer reviews

Overall Rating 5/5 (1 reviews)

This is made really well for the price point. Hadn't considered Schecter before but the price and retro style pickups drew me to it. So glad I went for it. It sounds brilliant and is super comfy. Only point of note is that its weighted slightly to the headstock but isn't a big deal for most
