Cort Action PJ Bass Open Pore Black

For me, The Cort Bass was as much as I need for my very, very limited bass playing experience and the situations in which it will be used. I liked the simplicity of the passive bass as I usually have little to no setup time, and will likely use it for one song before moving to take part in other ensembles so it just needs to be straightforward when I get to it waiting onstage. The demonstration of the bass in the shop completely sold it to me, as I immediately saw the bass' potential, which was far more than I'll ever achieve. Everyone in the Birmingham branch was so, so friendly, kind, understanding and listened to my needs, tailoring their service exactly to my situation. I was also made a cup of tea! (Who could ask for a better experience than that?) I loved every second of being in the store and hope to need to go back soon. Thank you so much for looking after me so well.

Excellent value for money as a starter bass. Light modern bass. Bridge pick-up doesn't have the greatest tone but for a the money it is pretty solid and a great beginners instrument
