Who is the PA700 For?
Like most arranger keyboards, the PA700 is ideal for solo musicians or keyboarders performing as part of a duo. With that said, the PA700 takes you above and beyond the dated sounds and rhythms offered by other arrangers. With a huge library of realistic sounds and a fluid response, the PA700 can act as your main synthesizer and work as your main keyboard for band gigs.
Sounds
The sounds on the PA700 are produced using the powerful Enhanced EDS-X engine that offers exceptional realism. From analog and digital synths, to orchestras and pianos, the PA700 will add a polished edge to your sound.
Styles
With over 370 factory styles, each with 4 variations and 4 fill-ins + breaks, plus 12 banks in each of the user banks, whether you're using the factory content or customising your own, the PA700 gives you a huge amount of control over your sound!
Interactive Touchview
The large touchscreen display is key to the PA700's intuitive nature. Sounds are accompanied by tasteful graphics that make executing changes and tweaks an easy process. Long gone are the days of tiny LED displays, using the menu system on PA700 feels far more akin to working with an iPad.
KAOSS FX
The KAOSS FX engine makes full use of the large touchscreen by turning it into a KAOSS Pad. That's right, it's easy to jump into KAOSS FX mode and bring in real-time effects and transitions. We've found this to be a nice addition that's unique to the PA700
Vocal Processor with 5 dedicated effects
PA700 can also work as your mixer and effects unit if you're performing with one vocal mic. Simply connect your mic to the back of the keyboard and you have essential signal processing like EQ, compression, gate, reverb and delay to give your vocals a polished sound.
