Suhr's Alexa Chorus is actually a multi-mode chorus and vibrato pedal with footswitchable options. You basically set up two completely different sounds and go between them via the A/B switch. Each channel has the same options so you aren't restricted: there are six separate waveforms that take you from a slow and subtle chorus, through a more lush and thick sound, into rotating speaker cabinet territory! Each channel has controls for Waveform, Speed, Delay and Depth, making dialling in your preferred tones an easy thing.
The sounds on offer here are simply superb: there is so much texture and detail to enjoy! The quality of tone is matched by the quality of audio -it's a super quiet pedal to operate- and the quality of components and build. This is a real tank of a pedal that will last decades.
Tap tempo is available via a separate pedal-switch and you can even change whether you want the bypass to be True or Buffered, depending on your pedal chain length. This is a most impressive and musical pedal that adds a real sense of 'vibe' to your playing.
