G7 Newport capo12 string Delivered next day. Capo works really well. All 12 strings ring out tuning remains spot on.

Slightly frustrating - the first high e string is often buzzy or dull when you fit the capo and tighten it, so I need to pull the two low e strings apart slightly That said, none of my other capos work nearly half as well, and after fiddling with the strings it holds its position really well

Clever design, with rubber pad designed to 'hook' over the low E string. Can use Capo , certainly up to 3rd fret , without throwing the string tension out of tune.

Seems to do what it says on the proverbial tin! My Avalon 12 string finds it preferable to the Shubb 12 string capo that I'd been trying to use for some years . I've used a Shubb capo on my six-string for at least twenty years and it has been perfectly satisfactory. I can't fault Shubb's product but the 12 string device just hasn't worked with my instrument. Horses for courses , I guess. Anyway, I'm pleased with the G7.

For years, as a 12 string guitar player, I’ve struggled with getting a capo to do the job so when I saw this, I thought for £30 it was worth trying. It’s good but I’m not confident putting it on the neck quickly during a performanc - I think I will need to practice that as well as the songs. However, the capo is of super quality and I would highly recommend you buying one.

This is the first capo I have used, which works on a 12 string Acoustic guitar. Price was reasonable.

It works very well, it can be tricky to capo a 12 string guitar without choking the octave strings, but this one does work.

I have used and loved Shubb capos for years but they didn't work well with my new Taylor 12 string. I am glad that I found this model of capo as it's the first truly effective capo for 12 string I have ever used. The compensated rubber is such a simple idea, but it works perfectly.

This capo really does work very well! I'd read a few reviews but hesitated before purchasing as I could always get my 'flat' 12-string capo to work after occasionally having to retune slightly. When purchasing the guitar I thought I'd add this capo out of interest and it really has impressed me. The closure mechanism is fantastic and my instinct has convinced me that it is somehow kinder on the guitar! I'm almost certainly going to buy the 6-string version of the same capo. I'll add it to the order I make when I am ready to buy the electric piano I've been thinking about...
