Finlayson 50 Series J-50ME

Comparing it to my Martin would say after setting up and putting on lighter strings it beats it hands down. Great value especially at L600 !

Lovely quality and some neat features.

This is a lovely guitar. I went in thinking I would buy a Martin, but side by side with the Finlayson there was no competition. It is very well built, lovely finish and the tone is beautiful. Warm, deep and clear. The finish is high quality and is a real pleasure to play. Definitely recommend trying it out. As always with new guitars, make sure you get a full professional set up. One month in and I cannot imagine ever selling this guitar.

Beautifully made solid wood guitar, looks much better than the online photos, plays and sounds like a professional instrument and cracking good value. An attractive, powerful sounding but more compact alternative to a dreadnought.
