The vintage appointments of this guitar bring to life the tone that has inspired generations; spruce Vintage Tone System (VTS) top, a dovetail neck joint, and natural protein glue construction. This guitar also looks unlike anything in Martin's production line with European flame maple binding, gold frets, gold open-gear tuners, and a unique 1930 style script logo inlaid in pearl. This is one stylish music making machine!

Not to be left in the past, this model also benefits from some ultra-modern features. Titanium truss rod, liquidmetal bridge pins with red dots, and a composite carbon bridgeplate that adds volume without adding weight. A new neck shape is also included in the design and is slightly asymmetrical for maximum hand comfort up and down the fretboard.

Spruce with VTS

Though it may look normal, the top of this model's body plays more of a part in the sound and tone of this instrument than most may realise. Designed to achieve the tone and feeling of a guitar that's been played and worn in for over 50 years, this model cuts out the 50 year waiting period and gives that sound from when you buy it. This new design from Martin was developed to replicate the tone of some of their most famed guitars and to give the same feeling and sound straight from the box!

000 Body Size

The 000 body size lies comfortably between a parlour and a dreadnought. This makes it comfortable in your lap, but still boasts plenty of volume and projection.

Attention to Detail

The attention to detail on this model is a cut above the rest. This is most noticeable in the smaller details such as the gold machine heads, gold frets, European flamed maple binding, and 1930s style script logo that's been laid into the guitar's headstock in pearl. All of this results in a truly magnificent guitar that you'll never get bored of!
