Construction

A Silk-dome tweeter has been paired with a woven composite low-frequency driver to create the E5 XT's ultra-wide and flat frequency response. While some manufacturers opt to use card-based cones in their monitors, the E5 XT's composite material cones create a warmer characteristic that's great on everything, including acoustic, rock and electronic music.

Acoustic Tuning

The E5 XT features a full range of controls to achieve a consistent sound between different rooms. If you're changing from a large room to a smaller studio, or from a dead sounding room to a brighter space, the range of filters and pads on the back of the monitor allow you to easily account for the changes in your environment.

Connections

Never again will you need to search for that awkward adaptor or custom-built cable you know you've got tucked away somewhere. With XLR, TRS and RCA connections present, the E5 XT handles all the standard studio connections.
