What we say:

At A Glance:

The JU-06A from Roland is a compact recreation of the legendary Juno-60 and Juno-106 synthesizers. Both synthesizers have a long held status as two of the most iconic synthesizers of our time. The JU-06A faithfully recreates those sounds in a compact, ultra-portable package. This is a firm favourite from Roland’s Boutique range, and we can’t get enough of it.

Features We Love:

Legendary Juno Sound

Both the Juno-60 and the Juno-106 are regarded as two of the best sounding synthesizers ever made. They were first released by Roland in the early-mid 1980s and their lush tones are still sought after to this day. Roland have managed to combine the best of these two synthesizers and pack it all into a neat little module. From the rich DCOs to the unmistakable chorus sound, the JU-06A has you covered.

Ultra Compact

The JU-06A is very compact, meaning you can take those amazing sounds anywhere with ease. It can run on AA batteries, and has a built in speaker so you can play it wherever you want. With it also being USB bus powered, it is really easy to fit into your studio set up too.

You’ll find USB MIDI and Audio, 5-Pin MIDI IN/out, a headphone output and a stereo 3.5mm output on the JU-06A. There are so many options here that can work seamlessly with either a DAW setup, a hardware setup or standalone.

Great item, sounds of the 80s

It's got THAT sound. One of my favourite synths from my yoof 35 years ago! Only thing I've not got working is transmission of MIDI program change. I have an old Lexicon reverb box that I'm dedicating to the synth, and have used MIDI to select custom FX settings from other synths in the past. But it's not working with this one. Both boxes are set to the same channel. Any ideas?
