What we say:

At A Glance

The Epiphone 1959 Les Paul Standard Outfit Aged Dark Burst is a Limited Edition model made in partnership with Gibson Custom Shop resulting in a striking look and sound. This recreation of a vintage classic gives you the iconic look we all know and love. It obviously looks great but how does it sound? Well, not only do you get a pair of Gibson BurstBucker pickups but CTS Pots and 50s Era Wiring are also present to fulfill all of your tonal needs. If you want the vintage look and feel then this is one for you!

Features We Love:

Gibson BurstBucker Pickups

Armed with a pair of Gibson USA BurstBucker pickups, this guitar can kick out some seriously good tone. From smooth blues leads to screaming rock riffs, these Gibson pickups are a great addition to this Epiphone.

AAA Figured Maple Veneer

This gives you the striking good looks of the figured maple grain further enhanced by the finish colour but keeps the price at a sensible level. With aesthetics like this you can't go wrong!

Hand-Rolled Neck Profile

The 1959 Rounded C neck profile has been hand-rolled to provide superior levels of comfort. You can expect to find yourself playing for much longer than usual thanks to this feature.

Wonderful instrument . No need to pay Gibson prices

Ed V. - 18/10/2022

First thing about the guitar is the sound, absolutely amazing. Just needs a setup and the fret board oiled as it was dry. The finish quality is spot on. For what you pay for this guitar compared to a gibson you get alot for your money.

Good service as always, many thanks

Kieron D. - 10/7/2021

Potentially a great guitar but laurel fretboard very dry, frets poorly filed. Needed 20 minutes extra work from a luthier to finish off. Epiphone need to sort this oversight out.

peter s. - 5/5/2021
