The Martin D-28 1935 is an ode to a timeless classic. The 1930's were an extremely important period for the acoustic guitar, and Martin have no small part to play in that. The 1935 seen here in Sunburst is a stunning recreation of a legendary series of instruments.
There really aren't any genres you can't tackle with a D28. It has a sound that's bottom heavy, top heavy and also has a great midrange presence. Strum it, pick a note, tap out some harmonics: however those notes come out of this is how acoustic guitars are meant to sound.
