The cutaway Grand Auditorium body is crafted with a solid torrefied spruce top and layered sapele back and sides, producing a clear, balanced voice with a sweet, played-in sonic personality and potent projection. Taylor’s Cantilevered V-Class voicing architecture enriches the response with more volume, longer sustain and spot-on intonation. A slender Taylor neck profile makes it easier to fret chords and navigate the ebony fingerboard, while a Venetian cutaway offers easy access to the upper frets. Shared aesthetic touches across much of the Sunset Blvd Collection include a Sunset Edgeburst top, Italian acrylic diamond inlays, and Taylor gold tuners, complemented here by a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard and matte-finish body and featuring a custom Sunset Boulevard guitar label. Taylor’s onboard ES2 acoustic electronics deliver pro-level amplified acoustic tone, and the guitar comes with a structured gig bag for protection and convenient portability.
