This OM acoustic combines mahogany back and sides with a mahogany top to deliver a warm, direct, and distinctly mid-range tone that is perfect for players who enjoy that vintage tone, or players who like to sing over their playing. The tone of mahogany sits perfectly for singer songwriters or blues players. Thanks to the density of mahogany, the sound has a natural compression, keeping notes even as you play with different dynamics. The ebony fingerboard on this model does add some extra high end frequency, and the OM focus the sound fantastically without the boomy low end of a dreadnought.
