This Grand Concert boasts back, sides and top of solid Select-grade Hawaiian koa, which combine with scalloped V-Class interior bracing to produce a rich, sparkling midrange voice with exceptional articulation and open-string resonance. Koa's properties also give it a low-end character that will bloom with greater warmth and depth as the wood matures. Fingerstyle players in particular will appreciate the 12-fret configuration, which offers reduced string tension for a slinky, responsive feel.
