Joe Satriani, one of the world’s most famously capable guitarists, has had a long and distinguished partnership with Ibanez guitars. His JS range of instruments have been in the Ibanez catalogue since the early nineties and various models have been produced at a variety of price points. The JS2450 is a top-tier Japanese model and it is built to SHRED! The level of workmanship on this JS guitar is extremely impressive. Sonically, you can bring out tones that travel the range from vintage twang to molten metal. The overall feel is that of a very capable, vintage-tinged rock monster! Satriani fans will of course love this but its versatility and relative anonymity make it a great shout for all rock musicians.

Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: Does have some notable scratches on the front and back of the body. The lacquer is also sinking slightly on the front of the body around the electronics.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
