PRS SE Standard

PRS SE Standard series is a solid body electric guitar series from PRS guitars designed to deliver an affordable quality guitar with rock-solid reliability. PRS SE Standard guitars are made in Asia and feature an all-mahogany body construction, with classic PRS appointments such as PRS-designed tuners, PRS-patented tremolo and the classic birds fretboard inlay. The CE 24 model takes inspiration from the 24-fret Custom 24 model. Two full octaves offer a phenomenal range for aspiring players struggling with a smaller number of frets. The wide thin maple neck with 25" scale length rosewood fretboard  is supremely comfortable. These choices of neck wood and neck shape are found on many more expensive PRS models. The hollowbody models offer more resonance, an ebony fingerboard and a piezo-equipped model for acoustic tones.

PRS SE Standard guitars are mostly equipped with PRS 85/15 Pickups, which deliver powerful humbucking tone with tone controls, volume, and a 3 way pickup switch to dial in a wide sonic range. With coil splits on the CE 24 models true single-coil tones are available for extra pickup configurations. Whether using the treble pickup, bass pickup or both, the PRS SE Standard guitars have a powerful voice.
