We think sparkle guitars are seriously cool! When the stage lights illuminate them, they shine like no other guitar can. There was a time when they were mainly associated with Glam Rock/Metal and the Sunset Strip, but now they can be found across a whole range of models suited to many styles of music.

While often previously reserved as a Custom Shop finish due to the sheer elegance and beauty of it, more brands are now making the sparkle available at lower price points. They can come in a range of colours and flake sizes.

Models like the Ibanez RG in Turquoise Sparkle, the EVH Wolfgang in Silver Sparkle, and Gretsch's Red Sparkle all delight the eyes. Many artists make use of sparkle finishes on their signature models such as the Kirk Hammett Purple Sparkle, Brad Paisley's Black Sparkle and the Luke 3 in Fuschia Sparkle.
