Meet the Artist
Chris Buck is an award-winning blues rock guitarist and songwriter from Newport, South Wales. Successful as a solo artist as well as a frontman of Cardinal Black, Chris was voted ‘Best New Guitarist’ and ‘Best Blues Guitarist’ (to mention a few titles) in successive years by the readers of Guitarist Magazine. Chris Buck is a prime Line 6 and Yamaha endorsee with his own signature Revstar, is best known for his pick and fingers technique and boasts a huge online fanbase to top it all off.
What’s This Event All About?
If you’re looking for inspiration and motivation and fancy diving into the melodic phrasing, soulful style and the iconic tone that characterizes the Yamaha slinger, Chris Buck, then this event is for you.
The clinic, courtesy of Yamaha UK, will offer a rare chance to experience one of the UK’s foremost guitar talents. Chris will share stories from the road, break down his Yamaha Revstar–driven tone whilst showing off his brand new signature RS02CB model and discuss the creative process behind Cardinal Black’s popular songs.
Attendees will enjoy live performances, pick up tips on how to elevate their playing and get an insight into the creative process of utilising the Line 6 Helix to its best capabilities.
