Ibanez AR420 Violin Sunburst

Guitar hadn't been taken out the box or checked. Had severe buzzing around the 3rd and 5th fret . Was completely unplayable. Intonation wasn't even close. After a new set of strings ,a little relief set on the neck and the intonation set correctly. It's a fantastic guitar. Was incorrectly told the guitar had shipped with DHL when in fact it was shipped by DPD . Not a great experience overall with guitarguitar and typical of large music chain stores. Guitars being shipped without so much as a check is awful . It's fortunate I knew what I was doing but cost me a considerable amount of my own time to fix problems which should have been noticed.
