What we say:

At A Glance

The Eastman AC Series AC422CE is a gorgeous instrument that looks and sounds like a dream. Eastman is committed to its craft and has been for 25 years. Each guitar is gone over by hand to ensure that their passion and obsession for quality comes through in the final product. With fantastic-looking solid Sitka spruce and rosewood woods, high-class electronics, and a great deal of work by hand, Eastman is able to produce some professional results that speak for themselves.

Features We Love:

Hand-Scalloped Bracing

Each guitar and tonewood is slightly different, and a uniform bracing profile among a series of guitars will inevitably leave some guitars sounding less than what they could be. Hand-scalloped bracing ensures that each guitar reaches their maximum potential. By crafting the bracing to suit each guitar individually, Eastman are maximizing the quality of all their guitars.

Prime Aesthetics

Eastman's practice of fine craft and attention to detail extends beyond the guitars sound quality, with carefully selected tonewoods and masterful construction this instrument looks incredible, and would easily take pride of place in your living room or turn heads when used on stage.

LR Baggs Element Pickup

The guitar is equipped with an LR Baggs Element EAS VTC pickup system, which offers an accurate and transparent capture of the guitar's tone. The controls for the pickup are hidden inside the edge of the soundhole, meaning that there are no unsightly control panels on the body of the guitar. It has the appearance of a traditional acoustic guitar, with all of the benefits of a modern electro-acoustic, truly the best of both worlds.

Who Is It For?

Any player looking for a premium well crafted, versatile, and reliable acoustic. Each Eastman is tuned by hand for its woods to deliver the best sound it can.

Highlights:

  • Great looking woods
  • Fantastic fingerboard inlays
  • LR Baggs electronics
  • Hand scalloped and tuned bracing
