Ozark 2250 Mandolin Army With Navy Model
Manufacturer's ID: 2250
What we say:
Ozark, named after the beautiful and bleak mountain range that stretches from Arkansas right through Kansas & Missouri and into Oklahoma, take their inspiration from the rich seam of folk culture that has permeated this area for centuries. This area is rightly heralded for its strong roots music: the ‘mountain music’ genres of country, folk and bluegrass are especially potent in the hills of the Ozarks and the instruments used in these types of songs - banjoes, mandolins, bouzoukis and more - are the speciality of Ozark instruments. These high quality instruments are designed to bring you authentic looks, sounds and the feel of true mountain instruments.
This military issue mandolin is more portable than usual due to a slim body design that includes a flat back. It’s very distinctive looking and thankfully still able to make a rich sound full of warmth and zing.
This Mandolin has a 350mm scale length and is made with a solid Mahogany top to project plenty of strength and tonal fundamentals.
